Behind Japla Oy is Jaak Piirimägi: 25 years on construction sites, hundreds of sites and an entrepreneur since 2006. In recent years, site manager on rock and infrastructure projects.
Over the years the same thing has kept repeating: what happens on site stays in people's memory, and tenders are priced on estimates. Yet a tender is only as good as the information behind it: what really happened on earlier sites, what it cost and which factors changed the margin.
That is why Japla does two things. Site management where information is recorded as the work happens, and tools that turn it into a history for the next tender. Both are done by the customer's rules, whether the customer is a client or a contractor.
